Terms & Conditions for E-Gift Voucher
1. E-Gift voucher is redeemable for merchandise at website www.threadcounts.in operated by Thread Counts
within India.
2. E-Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash or credit.
3. E-Gift Voucher cannot be reloaded.
4. E-Gift Voucher is valid for a period of 1 year from its date of issue.
5. If the E Gift Voucher is lost or stolen, neither will a new E-Gift Voucher will be issued nor will the money be
reimbursed in any manner.
6. Thread Counts shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made
using this E Gift Voucher. The holder of this E Gift Voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of

Payment Terms
1. You agree to pay the price applicable for the product or service on our website (www.threadcounts.in) for
shopping at the time you submitted your order (Product Price).
2. All payments are non-refundable (except as expressed by Thread Counts & set forth in the Terms and
Conditions).
3. For order value greater or equal to Rs.50,000/- you will be requested to share any one of the identity proof
such as Aadhaar card, PAN card or Driving license to process the order.

3. That in the event that a non- delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or
any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by www.threadcounts.in for redelivery shall be claimed
from you and you shall pay such cost.
4. That you will use the services provided by Threadcounts.in, for lawful purposes only and comply with all

Membership program and its members
Members of the Loyalty Program of Thread Counts can accrue reward points for purchases made at
www.threadcounts.in within the Terms of Use defined by Loyalty Program. Threadcounts.in has a detailed
account linking process to enable customers to redeem their reward points online. Customers have to fill and
submit a separate form to activate this facility and acknowledge that they are solely responsible for risks
associated with activating online reward point redemptions and will not hold Thread Counts responsible for
any loss arising due to such transactions. For online point redemptions, www.threadcounts.in reserves the
right to obtain collateral authorization on member’s credit / debit card for the full value of the order, even if
the member is redeeming sufficient points to meet the order value. Such authorization will be subsequently
reversed upon successful capture of the reward points from the members Loyalty Account.
By choosing to link your Membership with your www.threadcounts.in account and redeem your reward points
online you agree that your credit/debit card will be authorized for the full value of your order, even if you have
chosen to pay partly or fully by Reward Points redemption. If at the time of shipping your order, the reward
point balance which you have chosen to redeem is available, then only the excess amount, if any, shall be
charged to your credit/debit card. However, if the reward point balance is insufficient at the time of shipping
your order, your credit / debit card shall be charged for the shortfall in reward point balance.
Quantity restrictions
www.threadcounts.in reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per
person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same
account, the same credit/debit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We
will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied. www.threadcounts.in also reserves the
right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to anyone as it may deem fit. However, in some cases where the
order quantities are large, we may verify in order to ensure your security, to confirm that you have indeed
ordered for these items. There are no restrictions to the maximum number of prepaid orders that can be

Pricing information
www.threadcounts.in strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical
errors may occur. www.threadcounts.in cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the
event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or
product information, www.threadcounts.in shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any
orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is
mis-priced, threadcounts.in may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and
notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be

same shall be debited to your credit / debit card account and duly notified to you by email that the payment

that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount
will be reversed back to your credit / debit card account.
GST
Reduced price will be inclusive of GST
In case of mispricing: Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our catalogue can be mispriced.
However, we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated
price, we charge the lower amount and send you the item. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated
price, we will cancel your order and notify you of that cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change
without notice.
Cancellation by www.threadcounts.in
Note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at
our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order
being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or
pricing information etc. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any
order. We will inform you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required
to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit / debit card has been charged, the said amount
will be reversed back in your Card. We will seek authorization on your card for the aggregate amount of the
order placed by you, however, we may charge your card (capture) only with the amount corresponding to the
actual portion of the order that we are able/willing to fulfil, and any associated shipping charges/taxes and
levies etc. Any surplus amount, for which we might have originally sought and received an authorization on
your card from your card Issuer, if not captured by us in the time period stipulated by our Merchant Banker,
will not be captured / charged. If however the same is charged to your card / bank account in error, we will
refund it as soon as the same is realized by us or brought to our notice. www.threadcounts.in reserves the
right to capture / charge your card to the full or partial authorized amount for the concerned order.
Cancellation of fraudulent orders
To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, we regularly monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. In
the event of detecting any suspicious activity, www.threadcounts.in reserves the right to cancel pending and
future orders without any liability. www.threadcounts.in also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in
scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on website and stock unavailability. We may also require
additional verifications or information before accepting any order. If your order is cancelled after your card has
been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your Card Account. Any promotional voucher used for the
cancelled orders may not be refunded.
Cancellations by the customer
You may cancel your order or some items in your order before we bill and ship the items. You may also
exchange the merchandise or get a refund by returning the merchandise (with the exception or items of
personal hygiene such as under garments) in unused, saleable condition in its original packaging along with
original tags, for a return or an exchange, within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
For details of how to exercise this right please see our Returns Policy. www.threadcounts.in does not accept
returns or exchanges of jewellery, gift vouchers, Loyalty Membership and any made to order or altered
merchandise. In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed /approved by us,
we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount, if any, charged to your card. However, orders placed
for the Loyalty Membership or gift vouchers cannot be cancelled or returned. The customer agrees not to
dispute the decision made by www.threadcounts.in and accept www.threadcounts.in decision regarding the
cancellation.
"Returns / exchange through courier collection: If you request a return/exchange through courier collection, at
the time of collecting the merchandise, you will be given a courier Airway Bill, which is to be retained for
future reference. Please also keep a copy of the sales invoice for future reference, before handing over the
return merchandise and original sales invoice to the courier. We will send the original invoice back to you
through courier, after processing your return/exchange request."
Financial details
You agree, understand and confirm that the credit / debit card details or other financial details provided by
you for availing of services on www.threadcounts.in will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the
credit /debit card or financial facility which is not lawfully owned / obtained by you. You also understand that
any financial information submitted by you is directly received by our acquiring payment gateway and not
stored by www.threadcounts.in and we will not be liable for any credit / debit card fraud. The liability for use
of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on you. All
information collected by us shall be governed as per our Privacy Policy.
Fraudulent / Declined transactions
www.threadcounts.in and its associated acquiring bank or financial institutions reserve the right to recover
the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the website fraudulently.
www.threadcounts.in and its associated acquiring banks or financial institutions reserve the right to initiate
legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the website and any other unlawful acts or acts or
omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.
