NOTE : (A) Products purchased under Buy5 Get4 free Summer Wardrobe Sale and 10% Extra Bonanza Offer are not eligible for return and exchange (B) Products priced between Rs.750/- to Rs.1100/- are not eligible for return and exchange (C) Indo Western Customised Wear is not eligible for return and exchange

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you need to write us at threadcounts.official@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll schedule a pick up from your address, as well as email you the instructions on how to hand over the return product to the courier. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note the entire process of refund takes 14 to 18 business days because we work with courier aggregator and the return product takes time to come. In some cases the consumer designated bank or credit card company also takes time to process and post the refund.

Please note that the refund process will take 15 to 18 working days.

Indo Western is a customised offering, designs are stitched as per the consumer measurement and approval by her. Once the dress is sent to the consumer after all due diligence, no refund or exchange is possible. Appreciate your understanding and support.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
