Shipping Policy

Expected time taken to dispatch the items is within 2 days on receipt of order & payment. However in unusual circumstances the delivery of the products may take up to 15 days approx. as per local guidelines.

 

In the unlikely event that if we are not able to deliver your order completely, we shall cancel the remaining undelivered part of the order, and send an email to you informing about the same. In such cases, your payment against the undelivered part of the order shall be refunded.

 

If your order has multiple items & if any of the item ordered is not available or out of stock you will receive an email if the shipment does not contain all the items that you had ordered. In such cases, your extra payment will get refunded.

 

If you find that the product delivered is not the product you ordered, please write to us at customercare@threadcounts.in  mentioning your order reference number & attach the picture for our reference. We shall make our best efforts in ensuring that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

 

For any divergence or discrepancy in order delivery, we request you to write to us at customercate@threadcounts.in  within 2 working days from the date of receipt of delivery. Failing to do so, the claim shall not be accepted.

 

Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Return &
Exchange Policy

We are responsible for what we sell. If you are not satisfied with your size & fit, we offer a smooth and easy Exchange Policy.  

  • Exchange of the items purchased from Thread Counts, shall be allowed within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the merchandise is in its original and saleable condition with original invoice & the price tag attached to the merchandise.

  • We do not return or exchange Used & Altered Garments, Fashion Jewellery & Gift / Loyalty Cards.

  • In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused, in its original packaging. Merchandise bought during special occasion sale, festival sale will be exchanged within the same sale period only.

Procedure to return the merchandise

  • You need write to us within 7 days of the receipt of the merchandise at customercare@threadcounts.in  and request a return or exchange. We will arrange for the merchandise to be collected from the delivery address through courier within 7 working days from the date of Return/Exchange request raised.

  • Once the product is picked and reach our location within tentatively 14 working days we perform a quality check on the products and process Return/Exchange post quality check. Provided the merchandise is in unused condition and in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which Return/Exchange may not be possible.

  • Any returns/exchanges through courier, must be accompanied by the original sale invoice, which is shipped along with the products. We will not be able to accept returns which are not accompanied by the relevant original sales invoice.

Returns Through courier collection

At the time of collecting the merchandise, you will be given a courier Airway Bill, which is to be retained for future reference. Please also keep a copy of the original sales invoice for future reference, before handing over the return merchandise and original sales invoice to the courier. We will email the scan copy of original invoice back to you, after processing your return/exchange request.

  • Exchanges through courier collection shall only be done, for items with exactly the same price as the item being returned. We will check and confirm if the item is available in stock and whether the exchange can be made.
